Transport Protocols

📄️ ftp

We support usage of the file transfer protocol (ftp) for legacy compitability. We do not support any of the secure versions of ftp such as SFTP, FTPS etc. Instead we recommend you to use HTTPS. We also have limited support to use ftp credentials.

📄️ http/https

Serving your feed via HTTPS and an URL that is accessible for our agents is the preferred method of delivery. Please see our article regarding web server configuration in order to setup your server to get the best possible experience when integrating with our system.
